Anyone can wear a dirndl, you don’t need any percentage of German. And if you’d wanna be very pedantic German alone isn’t even good enough, you’d need to be Bavarian. Dirndl aren’t something generally German, they’re Bavarian. But like I said that doesn’t matter at all. It’s just not a culturally sensitive article of clothing at all.
